The candidate must have prior experience in Intermediate litigation and must be able to handle all aspects of the litigation process; from intake through trial preparation. A high level of attention to detail in writing is required; a proofreading or editing skill set is a plus. Must have the ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information. Should have the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the firm including clients. Impeccable judgment, discretion, respect, and integrity are required. Must appreciate high volume in a fast-paced environment. Must have the necessary experience to immediately work in cases of moderate severity and complexity. Must have knowledge of required performance metrics. Must be able to work within dashboards. Creation of standard reports to include customized reports as requested

Drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation-related documents; Document production. Correspondence with medical offices. Schedule deposition. Assists with trial preparation. Maintain calendars. Create and/or maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files. Settlement breakdowns. Meet deadlines. Responsible for managing the day-to-day legal casework. Other duties as assigned. Should have superb organizational and time management skills including meticulous attention to detail; the ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Teamwork capacity includes the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the department and the organization in general. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies and procedures; excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills; excellent client service skills and the ability to promote and maintain a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization; ability to use logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate situations and exercise good judgment to make appropriate decisions.
