This position will be based out of corporate office in Hunt Valley, MD. \r\rJob Responsibilities:\r\r\rManage the Company Purchase and Travel and Expense card program\rEnsure employee agreements are maintained, appropriately approved and updated to reflect company growth and changes.\rMaintain company card limits.\rObtain, distribute and revoke cards as necessary\rWork with Management to set and meet goals to grow the credit card program\rDevelop, Maintain and Disseminate key reporting metrics to stakeholders\rMaintain policies and training material to reflect the company’s growth and industry changes\rSystems Administrator for Concur\rEnsure the Travel and Entertainment system controls reflect the current Travel Policy\rManage the expense report and company card audit processes\rDevelop and manage employee training material\rProvide world class customer service through trouble shooting, trend recognition and training\rWork with Management to consistently and proactively improve the programs, policies and processes\r\r\rPosition Skill Sets: \r\r\rHigh level of customer service\rAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment\rAbility to work individually as well as with a team\rReport writing\rStrong analytical mind\rAbility to adjust to an ever-changing work environment\r\r\rPosition Requirements:\r\r\rThree years Concur Administration experience\rThree years Corporate Credit Card program administration experience\rStrong Excel and PowerPoint experience\rBachelor Degree or equivalent experience\rAbility to travel as needed\rExperience training both online and in person\r\r\r\rSinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace!
