Tax Senior Associate or Associate, SALT Income Franchise Compliance

The candidate will support multi-state companies with state and local income tax compliance. Help clients with tax issues related to state and local income and franchise taxes. Prepare state income and franchise tax estimated payments, extensions and tax returns. Assist in handling notices received from state tax authorities. Review state income and franchise tax estimated payments, extensions and tax returns. Bachelor's degree with requisite hours to pursue CPA certification or J.D./LL.M. is required. Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred. Should have 1+ years of experience preparing state income tax returns and providing technical advice on multi-state tax issues. Should have 3+ years of experience preparing state income tax returns and providing technical advice on multi-state tax issues. State income tax return review experience is preferred.
