Job Summary:


Responsible for understanding, upholding and promoting CSG’s Critical Success Factors, 1) Safety First!; 2) Financial Success (including operational excellence); 3) Employee Satisfaction (including development and training), and 4) Customer Satisfaction. Promote OEG’s Core Values, safety culture and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Primary duties include: Record keeping, document preparation and control, presentation development, meeting coordination, and special projects. Provide customer service to internal and external customers. Share in training and educational functions as directed by the Health and Safety Director.


• Provide administrative support for designated safety and office staff

• Companywide TBT signature tracking

• Predictive Solutions Safety inspection PM tracking

• Note taking and assistance with incident reviews

• Special safety related projects or assist with safety projects

• Coordination with Safety teams on remote job sites

• Conference room scheduling

o Reserve conference rooms for all daily, weekly, and recurring meetings in a timely manner

o Communicate any conflicts with person requesting room giving alternate dates/times

• Assist as directed with office lunches, focus group lunches, FLT and any other special or recurring events- including ordering and clean up

• Attend weekly safety staff meetings- PPE may be required to attend these meetings

• Cross train to fill in for vacations or illness with other safety positions.

o TBT’s- update signature tracking, field lists

o Train and be available for incident review data entry and meeting notes

o PPE distribution in the corporate office

o DB02- data entry weekly

o Badging- Renewal and ROF’s

o New hire training reservations

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


Preferred to have knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in a business or office related discipline and three years’ experience providing administrative support.


Experience within the construction industry.

Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
