We are seeking a dedicated Probate and Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will primarily work with clients in matters related to probate and estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts, guiding clients through estate administration, and ensuring compliance with Georgia law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health directives.
• Assist clients in navigating the probate process, representing executors and beneficiaries during estate administration.
• Work closely with individuals and families to develop personalized strategies for wealth transfer, asset protection, and tax planning.
• Ensure all documents comply with legal requirements and are properly executed.
• Stay updated on current probate and estate planning laws and regulations in Georgia.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other practice areas, such as business and transactional law, when necessary.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and firm events to promote long-term client relationships.
