The candidate should have 3 years of experience providing legal advice on business matters including entity formation, company structure, policies, objectives and procedures, creation of partnership agreements, business contracts, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, advice for ongoing business management and entity formation within California and outside. A strong tax background. Superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, and research skills. Be able to solely manage their caseload. Experience as a Business Attorney, Corporate Attorney or other similar positions. Experience as a solo practitioner or outside counsel advising on business matters. Experience with entity formation and management in California and other states. Experience managing a team preferred. Admission to the Bar in California. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines. Understanding of California business law including business formations and contracts. Ability to explain complex legal matters in simple terms.
