Capital Projects & Infrastructure – Associate
The candidate will represent clients in a national project development and finance practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Should have 3-6 years of large firm project development experience representing developers and sponsors in the renewable energy space. Experience with energy projects and transactions, particularly on wind, solar and other renewable technologies, is required. Should preferably be able to independently draft and negotiate tax equity financing agreements, including partnership flip agreements, membership interest purchase agreements and equity capital contribution agreements. Must have excellent academic credentials, superior writing ability, maturity and good communication skills. Must be in good standing in the Irvine State.
