Corporate (Commercial Finance/Transactional) Associate

Responsibilities: Representing borrowers, lenders and investors in revolving credit and term loan financings, real estate financings, syndicated credit facilities, financing of LBO transactions, mezzanine debt financing and other commercial finance arrangements. Drafting and reviewing key financing transaction agreements and ancillary documentation. Conducting or managing diligence reviews and coordinating deal closings. Supporting the practice by performing general research and writing as needed. Supervising and training junior associates. Managing transactional specialists. Managing client relationships and a broad array of corporate matters, in particular commercial finance related projects.
