The candidate supports the in-house legal needs of OSF Healthcare System and operating units. Assists in the handling of legal issues such as conducting advanced legal research; assisting in preparing documents, corporate documentation, leases, licenses, insurance, and employment agreements; assisting in compliance audits; performing due diligence; reviewing contracts; and assisting in preparing legal memoranda and pleadings. Will also support contract reviews and risk assessment.
