We focus on enterprise-wide Talent Practices for NIKE’s 80k teammates around the world, integrating across the Talent COE and connecting to business strategy and capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Director, Global Talent Practices will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing well-rounded practices that support the identification, assessment and development of all NIKE teammates.
