In this role, you will work in an Agile development environment to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved products and web applications. The application’s key domain is ADP’s Access & Identity Management (AIM) services which entails authentication (login) and Identity & Fraud Proofing/Management. This work will support a mix of internal and external clients. You will be working on current and upcoming projects that connect design, engineering, product development, and implementation working closely with Product Management, R&D and SRE(Site Reliability Engineering). You will be responsible for the architectural strategy and guidance of a large complex infrastructure. You will be leading migration to AWS cloud and responsible for both technical & migration strategy working closely with R&D teams. You'll share your operational and process maturity with a growing team while building & expanding the product globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, where you will present your work to up to 90 stakeholders.

Review architecture, design for new components to be migrated to AWS.

Review SRE, CICD processes and bring continouus optimization.

You will partner and work with people across the development organization to turn ideas into reality.

You have 10 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

Prior experience in these technologies are also strongly recommended:

Basic to strong understanding of Access & Identity Management domain.

Strong knowledge of AWS and manage services, including but not limited to EKS, Lambda, Fargate, SQS, DocumentDB, Aurora, RDS, ELB/NLB.

Prior experience with migration of infrastructure from on-prem to cloud.

Strong knowledge and understanding of system architecture and resiliency design

Knowledge on JAVA based enterprise web application stack such as JAX and REST web services, HTTP vs HTTPs connections, JDBC, Kafka.

Knowledge of persistence layer – Oracle, Mongo & LDAP.

Knowledge of technologies like Vault, SAML, OAuth, SiteMinder is a plus.

Strong Unix/Linux System Administration skills (RedHat/SuSE).

Basic to strong knowledge on Splunk & Dynatrace.

Knowledge of DevOps tools and automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies.

Ability to integrate rapidly with the existing team.

Good Analytical and strong communication skills are a must.
