SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

As part of the DX Evergreen Subscriptions team, you are responsible for driving adoption and growth of the Evergreen Subscription business. The role requires strong business acumen and the ability to effectively drive both the top line and bottom line. Strong operations, GTM strategy and financial modeling background is highly desirable.

As part of your responsibilities you will:

Create and evolve product lifecycle programs that improve both the top and bottom line for the Evergreen Subscriptions portfolio.

Drive execution of these programs, while working cross functionally to build a high growth sustainable business.

Define and execute on automation projects to optimize the business.

Work cross functionally to ensure data accuracy. Derive insights from the data to optimize the business

Work closely with the Product Management team to develop tools to increase efficiency of supporting Pure’s product portfolio.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and the sales and marketing teams to identify, define, and articulate a winning go-to-market model.

You will own the enablement of the sales teams and Pure’s partners for your programs and projects.

Develop formal mechanisms to capture ongoing customer and field feedback to understand key issues, needs and trends in the install base.

You will be a key spokesperson and evangelist for Pure and must be able to deliver compelling presentations to a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including analysts, investors, partners, and customers.

Create and deliver both business and technical presentations to customers, partners, and a wide array of Puritans.

Be a trusted strategic adviser for the Pure executive team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

8 Years of Business Operations or Consulting experience.

Good understanding of business and the ability to think analytically.

Bachelor's degree minimum. MBA preferred.

A good understanding of running a hardware business is a plus

Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills

Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Strategic leadership and strong business acumen.

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

The annual base salary range is:

$207,000.00 - $331,000.00

. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
