If yes, then our Account Executive opportunity is the role for you! We are looking for ambitious, articulate, high energy Account Executives with prior hands on experience using our products to join our New Business Sales team and sell technology solutions to Legal and Accounting professionals.

The Account Executive in our New Business Sales team will: 

  • Engage in making high number of outbound phone calls through warm leads, locating future clients, and work with legacy clients on upgrades and promotions.
  • Monitor existing accounts and help clients be successful leading to upsell opportunity.
  • General account management, emails, and support of potential customers.
  • Help customers setup accounts and share best practices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate notes and pipelines.
  • Quickly respond to customer questions and provide recommendations for successful use of the product.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with sales team.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience with AbacusNext’s product portfolio (Abacus Private Cloud, Abacus Law, Amicus Attorney, Office Tools, Results CRM, Hotdocs) and/or SaaS, Cloud, or Software capacity.
  • An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement.
  • Possess superior follow up skills with the ability to respond under pressure
  • Goal oriented with superior work ethic
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to working longer hours if necessary, to ensure goals and quotas are met
  • Organized and works efficiently
  • Possess a positive attitude and a “can-do” spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field, but not required.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
