Estate Planning Attorney
The candidate should have strong academic credentials. Should have 8 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Should have experience drafting estate planning documents, reviewing, designing, and implementing advanced estate tax and charitable planning solutions, analyzing tax laws and legislative updates, overseeing probates and trust administrations, and client communication and management. Knowledge of estate tax return preparation is a plus. Flexible work arrangements are possible, although the candidate would need to be able to meet with clients in our Bend, Oregon office as needed. Must be licensed to practice in Oregon (or able to waive into Oregon). A dual license to practice in Oregon and California is strongly preferred.
