Structured Finance / Securitization Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm located in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Structured Finance/Securitization Associate Attorney to join their team. This role primarily involves representing issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions.
