Profile

Receptionist
The candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned to them. Handle communication with clients and potential clients. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, maintaining contact lists, maintenance of office equipment, and office supplies. Maintain computer and manual filing systems. Coordinate and arrange meetings and appointments. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software such as court-filing computer systems required. Outstanding time-management and typing skills required. Previous customer service experience required. Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
