The candidate will handle communication with clients and potential clients. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, maintaining contact lists, maintenance of office equipment, and office supplies. Maintain computer and manual filing systems. Coordinate and arrange meetings and appointments. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Should have previous customer service experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software such as court-filing computer systems is important. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure is essential. Outstanding time-management and typing skills are required. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
