The AV-Preeminent rated Martdindale law firm of Feldman Legal Group, offices Tampa and Atlanta, is looking for that diamond in a rough, civil litigator who is looking to challenge himself and have the opportunity to work on both high-stakes, large class and collective action lawsuits, as well as employment law claims dealing with Federal and state statutes including civil rights, wage and hour, ERISA, unpaid wages, whistleblower and other wrongful termination matters.   We seek someone who can work towards in the near future, or presently can, handle cases from start to finish, close deals and negotiate settlements, and manage the cases from start to finish.    Tired of the defense rut?  Want to get away from that billable hour requirement and have more flexibiiity, or get the reward of justice for the workers and injured instead of the corporations and insurance companies?  This may be for you.    We need someone to be able to take charge, handle depositions, motions and responses, discovery and who can communicate with the clients effectively.   Opportunity to earn based upon what you produce.   We need a team player and someone who will do what it takes the get the job done and who looks to out lawyer the defense side and takes pride in their writing.     Opportunities to handle depositions, determine case strategy and take a case to trial.     Need 2 or more years of civil litigation practice, ability to handle depositions, substantive motions.    Send resume, cover letter WITH SALARY AND COMPENSATION RANGE SOUGHT, writing sample and some references.  Must be able to start within 30 days.
