The candidate will provide contractor support to the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO), Southern District of New York. Supervise staff of paralegals, law clerks, and e-Discovery professionals. Work with federal administrative officers to coordinate litigation support and resolve questions regarding contractor policies and procedures. Coordinate with recruiting, security, and HR to address USAO's hiring needs and process candidates. Supervise litigation support staff to ensure compliance with timekeeping, overtime, and training policies. Work with staff to resolve administrative issues. Complete travel authorizations and expense reporting for employees. Address performance and compliance issues as necessary. Undergraduate degree is required. Law degree, advanced technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree is preferred. Should have 4+ years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys. Substantial significant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree is required.
