Description
The Service Design Advisor plans and executes strategies to meet organization's long-range goals including acquisitions/divestitures and strategic business alliances. The Service Design Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Service Design Advisor evaluates and develops new market initiatives and analyzes business opportunities in both new and existing markets. Develops proposals, including feasibility studies, for new business opportunities. Identifies, analyzes, and compares alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of eight year of design research experience
Minimum of two years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of three years of human centered design experience
UX (User Experience) design experience
Additional Information
Travel may be required, up to 25%
