Position Summary:\u00A0 \u00A0This individual will assist the Supervisor in the successful operation of the Leg Department, assuming the Supervisors responsibilities in his/her absence.\u00A0 Individual will be responsible for monitoring employees and changeovers.\u00A0 He/she will also be responsible for maintaining HACCP and SOP programs for the department.\u00A0Pay rates 19.85 with attendance bonus.\u00A0 Monday through Friday 7:00 am- 4:35 pm\u00A0Education and Experience Requirements:\u00A0High school diploma or GED preferred; additional managerial training helpful\u00A0\u00A0Skill Summary:\u00A0 Must work well with others and be an effective motivator Must be able or willing to learn to perform all jobs within the department Must be able to obtain jack license Knowledge of Leg Line helpful Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent attendance and work record\u00A0EOE/Vet/Disabled\u00A0
