Duties

• Assess legal risks in real estate documents and provide clients with strategic advice
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations that affect real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate transactions, including routine leases and amendments
• Ensure all necessary approvals are secured before transactions are executed
• Manage compliance with real estate regulations and oversee related services
• Represent clients in property purchases and sales, ensuring favorable outcomes
• Collaborate with clients to address title insurance underwriting, claims, and curative matters

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
• Admission as a Notary Public (mandatory)
• Proficiency in real estate law, particularly in litigation, leasing, property management, and purchase/sale transactions
• Knowledge of foreclosure processes and title insurance claims

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Notary Public certification
