We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a track record of driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption. This role will guide the future of the Surveys product on Salesforce's award winning platform. This role calls for a strong, proactive leader capable of driving multiple projects in parallel and interested in deciding which experiences to meet the needs of their varied user personas. Product managers who thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and love working with the best technology team in the world should apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Develop business context diagrams (e.g., business data flows, process flows) to analyze/confirm the definition of project requirements

Identify the business impact of application changes

Drive for the best customer experience possible. Work closely with UX to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering. Work with the technology team to deliver a world-class product driven by customers, prospects, advisory teams, and internal product experts. Drive the end to end feature delivery cycle.

Ensure that project requirements are clearly and comprehensively documented, understood and support traceability

Communicate ongoing updates to all stakeholders to ensure understanding of and alignment with project status/changes

Identify capability gaps between current state and desired state (e.g., system capacity, emerging technologies)

Identify and/or establish appropriate testing metrics/targets to validate that business requirements are being met (e.g., performance metrics, process deliverables, traceability, business value)

Develop and communicate product roadmap

Develop new concepts throughout the process of ideation, business case development, product management, and software development

Serve as the product advocate internally and externally

Go To Market:

Work with Product marketing to drive product adoption and deployment

Ensure training and implementation are educated on new product features

Serve as a subject matter expert to assist client implementation to maximize product benefits

Participate in client and prospect visits as a subject matter expert

Translate problems/issues identified during the testing/piloting process, and engage the appropriate stakeholders (e.g., business, IT) to help identify impact and potential solutions

Support business development, revenue generation, and increased profitability

Market Research:

Conduct requirements gathering activities (e.g., meetings, workshops, interviews, surveys)

Become expert on the competitive landscape. Bring forth requirements that ensure competitive advantage

Analyze product opportunities and develop supporting business cases when needed

Required Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in technology, preferably Salesforce force.com platform

Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering or related field

Experience using agile methodologies to deliver products and technologies preferred

Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products

Attention to fine details and work processes

Excellent organizational, and written and oral communications skills - must excel at communication with executives

3 years of experience with software product management products

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's in Engineering or Business desirable

Experience with Survey products

Experience with Industry-specific products
