The Line Cook position requires a positive work ethic and entry to intermediate culinary skills.  The desired candidate will have previous full service dining cooking experience. A Line Cook should have a working knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position will work single stations in the kitchen, and should possess intermediary culinary skills.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of culinary procedures, and intermediary experience in a full service kitchen environment
