Duties

• Oversee all aspects of case management, from inception to resolution, with minimal supervision.
• Handle litigation matters, including insurance bad faith, coverage disputes, and complex commercial cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare persuasive arguments.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials, ensuring high-quality advocacy.
• Collaborate with clients to provide practical, solution-driven advice.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance bad faith and coverage litigation preferred.
• Background in complex commercial litigation is highly desirable.
• Federal and state court experience is advantageous.
• A portable business is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Washington.

Skills

• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage cases with precision and efficiency.
• Extensive trial and oral argument experience preferred.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
