A well-established law firm located in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to support its growing practice focused on industrial litigation. Duties:

• Advocate for clients in both in-person and virtual settings before courts and administrative agencies

• Prepare and draft legal documentation, correspondence, and detailed case analysis

• Develop case strategies and manage case planning with high attention to detail

• Maintain accurate and organized case files using an electronic case management platform (e.g., Filevine)

• Foster and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients

• Monitor and interpret changes in Nevada regulations and legal precedents

• Operate effectively under time constraints and prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly billing targets

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability in legal research, analysis, and strategic planning

• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to detail

• Adaptability, reliability, and a collaborative attitude

• Self-sufficient while also able to contribute meaningfully in team settings

• Strong time management skills with a track record of managing multiple cases

• Clear, persuasive communication skills—both written and oral

• Familiarity with digital case management systems

• Interest in industrial litigation and administrative law

• Membership in the State Bar of Nevada

• High standards of professional ethics and performance

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada

Skills:

• Legal drafting and research proficiency

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Competency in electronic file management tools

• Ability to work independently under pressure
