Real Estate Legal Project Assistant

The candidate will serve as a zoning specialist in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Phoenix office. Under general direction and guidance, this candidate will perform zoning due diligence, zoning and entitlement application preparation, and other land use tasks on a national scale for various clients. Research complicated zoning history for specific properties. Prepare reports, memorandums, and other documentation including client correspondence. Draft, edit and proofread internal and external communications while meeting required deadlines. General real estate responsibilities as assigned.
