A prestigious law firm in Las Vegas is actively seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience to engage in diverse legal matters while providing top-tier service to clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in court appearances, legal research, discovery, depositions, and a passion for contributing to client satisfaction. Additional experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, or personal injury will be a plus.

Duties:

• Manage civil litigation matters, including case preparation, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials
• Handle written discovery and depositions
• Assist in strategizing case approaches and providing legal advice to clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal arguments and case strategies
• Participate in settlement discussions and negotiations
• Maintain a strong focus on providing exceptional client service

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Active Nevada Bar license
• Proven track record in court appearances, discovery, and depositions
• Strong writing and legal research skills
• Experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, or personal injury is desirable

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Nevada Bar License (Required)
