Principal Material Program Manager

Your responsibilities will include support of Integrated Supply Chain participation and input to the Integrated Product Development System Gate process; definition of Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule inputs to the program; aggregation, analysis and reporting of data and serving as an Integrated Supply Chain representative for program level reviews. Specific responsibilities include: Key contributor in a Cross Business Team environment Supplier flow downs and Supplier Management Best Practices which include development of material program plans Support development of program proposals as well as material strategy development and execution Support development and execution of risk and opportunity management, include Raytheon Six Sigma activities. Support the operational, technical and financial health of subcontracting/material through assessments, measurements and metrics Support planning, execution and reporting of material and labor budgets, Earned Value management, Estimate at Completion reporting, Annual Operating Plan Support leadership reviews including Gate reviews, Monthly Operations Reviews, Customer and Program reviews This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance within 1 year of start date. Except in rare circumstances, only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Required Skills: 6 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program or Project Management experience Experience leading or participating in project or cross functional teams. Material Program Management (MPM) Certification required within one (1) year in role US citizenship is required Desired Skills: Experience with Supply Chain processes and procedures. Experience with PDM and PRISM EVMS Certification Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally Risk Management experience Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR Strong management and leadership skills Experience leading or supporting proposal efforts Strong analytical and prioritization skills required to effectively manage a large, complex Bill of Material Advanced degree Required Education: Bachelor Degree About Raytheon Raytheon Company is a global technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, government and cybersecurity markets throughout the world.
