The candidate will be managing all aspects of firm-wide legal recruiting. Interfacing with candidates, attorneys, and recruiters. Screening and processing resumes. Managing firm-wide recruiting database. Collaborating with Director of Legal Talent Management regarding hiring strategy and hiring goals. Managing summer associate, entry-level, and lateral attorney hiring efforts. Managing attorney orientation and integration into the firm. Developing internal attorney welcome announcements. Managing relationships with law schools and search firm consultants. Coordinating diversity or practice group specific job fairs. Managing various administrative and departmental duties. Bachelor’s degree is required. Should have 5+ years of professional experience in law firm legal recruiting or related field. Proficiency in legal recruiting databases (viRecruit or Lawcruit) is required.
