Administrative Assistant
The candidate will assist in daily office needs and managing the department's general administrative activities, this individual will ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the department. Maintain executive calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and firm information. Organize and schedule appointments. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Update and maintain department procedures. Book travel arrangements. Provide general support to employees in the department. Liaise with managers and staff to handle requests and queries. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and faxes. Interact with clients, staff and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, and letters using word processing, spreadsheet, database and other presentation software such as MS Office and/or other programs. Provide support for assigned project-based work. Assist in coordinating department special events. Other duties as assigned. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent experience. College degree is preferred. Should have 2+ years in an administrative support role. Experience with Salesforce software or other CRM system is required. Experience with a variety of office equipment is required.
