The candidate should have 3-4 years of experience. Class Action defense experience in false advertising, product defect and false representation; and/or experience with mass tort/MDL and product liability litigation. Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law is needed. Experience briefing class certification and/or summary judgment is required. Experience drafting briefs, and correspondence, and responding to written discovery is essential. Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Strong case management skills, a work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude are needed. Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
