The candidate will have daily contact with the public and is responsible for assisting the Criminal District Attorney with trying cases and handling legal matters. Must have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and a J.D. (law) degree. Must have a Texas Law license and be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Should possess a thorough working knowledge of law enforcement and court procedures and practices. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience. Must have valid TX driver’s license in order to operate County vehicles. Must have a thorough knowledge of law enforcement and juvenile procedures.
