The candidate will do research and data entry of property information. Duties: Greet and welcome guests; Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and/or take messages; Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them; Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary; Make coffee in the morning and tidy kitchen in the evening; Keep updated records and files

Research; Enter property values, tax rates, etc., into F|B’s database; Manage database of electronic client files; Take up other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree required. 2 years office experience required. Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred. Research skill required. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team oriented environment required. Organized and detail oriented required. Strong interpersonal skills required.
