Saunders, Walsh & Beard has immediate openings for a licensed 5 year attorney with experience in transactional law and/or employment law. The ideal candidate will have experience in business entity formations, entity and real estate purchases/sales, leases, and general corporate/employment. Above all, the candidate must possess an excellent work ethic and willingness to learn. Partners have a strong commitment to training lawyers to be successful in the practice of law. This position is full-time, however, we also have a part-time position available.
