Duties: Prepare and examine numerous contracts and other legal documents, with an emphasis in the areas of property access agreements; rooftop license agreements; marketing, sponsorship, and promotion agreements; and fiber and colocation agreements. Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, legal processes, and cross-departmental legal training. Provide legal advice to company employees and management on contractual risk assessment and mitigation. Partner with various departmental stakeholders to assess business needs and develop creative solutions. Oversee management of contract database. Develop, implement, and administer records management policy and document retention program. Provide general legal support, including reviewing and drafting company policies, performing legal trainings, conducting legal research, and providing special project support. Provide backup support in a variety of area, such as employment, advertising compliance, releases, trade practice, and insurance.
