Corporate Compliance Manager
The candidate will supports the day-to-day functions of the Compliance department as well as special projects and assessments through data analysis, process improvement, auditing, report development, and policy maintenance. Will develops clear, complicated qualitative and/or quantitative analyses in support of Corporate Compliance programs and initiatives. Develops innovative, interactive, and informative training on a variety of compliance and privacy topics. Partners effectively with business leaders to develop, implement, and monitor key compliance functions and risk areas in accordance with OIG guidance for clinical laboratory compliance programs. Provides analysis and summary reports on an “ad-hoc”, as well as routine basis to a variety of internal clients. Responsible for maintenance of peripheral databases and trackers that support Corporate Compliance reporting needs. Works independently on “ad-hoc” and routine assignments. Supports identification of key Compliance risk areas. Manages time effectively and regularly meets expected deadlines.
