As an Account Specialist assigned to Los Angeles and servicing our Pacific Southwest offices (Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Phoenix), you will be a contributing member of the US Commercial Risk team. Not only will you handle key processes and internal activities to deliver client-facing services, but you will also directly connect with top leaders in the organization. What your day will look like:Work as part of a client service team, in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, with fast paced accounts.Establish yourself as a subject matter authority as you assist with the processing of policies and related documentation.Demonstrate your skills as you implement activities such as confirmation of new and renewal policies, recording of policy receipts and deliveries, verification of endorsements, and collection and review of audits.Serves as key client liaison for items such as certificates, auto IDs, and receivables and collections.Manage open items list with client and team members. Collect, analyze data, and produce documentation and presentations including exposure data, assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other renewal strategy and proposal documents.Ability to work overtime and travel (if needed)Challenge yourself by undertaking new and stimulating projects!Skills that will help you be successful in this role:Minimum 1-3 years Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail.Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).This role offers several promising career paths at Aon, including Account Executive, Broker and Producer tracks.Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of shown experience.Active Property & Casualty license must be maintained in order to accurately service clients.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
