With moderate supervision performs first tier operational and technical support for the E-Services Department. Responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries; monitors product usage and systems operation. This includes support with Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, e-Statements, Mobile Deposits, online account opening and other electronic services. Pull daily reports to monitor system performance and monitor activities.

Resolve problems within given authority by troubleshooting issues. Assists in systems configuration and maintenance. Serve as a product expert for all electronic banking services. Provide recommendations for updating department procedures and forms. Provides assistance in training staff and members on the features and benefits of all electronic banking services.

High School Diploma - General Studies Required

Three (3) Years - Customer Service Preferred

- Mastery of basic computer skills

- Comfortable with technology to include mobile devices and interactive solutions

- Ability to multi-task

- Effective verbal and written communication

The job duties may vary from time to time as assigned by management. These new duties are to be similar nature to other already assigned duties
