Intern – Legal
Intern will have opportunities to work closely with lawyers, legal professionals and/or business stakeholders in a global health and nutrition company, while benefits from the unique viewpoint these students or recent graduates bring. Work closely with members of legal team to enable company’s present and future success in a constantly evolving and growing legal department. Assist in-house counsel and legal professionals in the review and preparation of legal documents; and Assist with various projects in legal areas involving regulatory, compliance, contracts, due diligence, and risk assessment. Should have demonstrated academic achievement and will have distinguished themselves within their law schools and communities. Law school student in an accredited law school, pursuing a Juris Doctor degree and in law school or having recently graduated at the time of application; or Masters degree (LLM) and related work experience or law school courses may be considered. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Should preferable have Experience working at a law firm or in house or in healthcare or in pharmaceuticals or experience working with compliance-related policies and regulations.
