Candidate will work for Personal Injury Department and assist attorneys with preparation for trial, research and document management. Must have 3 years of demonstrated experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice/nursing home and personal injury. Previous trial experience. Knowledge of Florida state court rules. Must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
