The candidate's duties include: File review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action; Perform extensive legal research and drafting of substantial briefs, memos, pleadings and appellate briefs; Regularly represent clients in court, at arbitrations and in depositions; Draft and respond to discovery; Retention of and collaboration with expert witnesses; Trial preparation and trial attendance; Should have 1-5 years’ experience in general liability/ insurance coverage, other areas a plus. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Dually admitted to practice in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey preferred.
