The candidate will be handling state and federal cases from the inception of identifying potential defect theory to the trial of the matter. The investigation, drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guiding clients through the case process. Interacting with expert witnesses, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits. Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. A Law degree from a fully accredited law school is needed. An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association is required. Should have 7+ years of product liability experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs. Excellent client service and communication skills are needed. Should be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills with close attention to detail is needed.
