Legal Receptionist
The candidate will greet clients, visitors, and office staff with positive attitude. Will answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Print, sort, and distribute messages to the staff. Take accurate written messages to the Owner of the law firm. Sort through incoming mail and outbound mails, packages. Respond to messages and email in a professional manner. Coordinate new scheduled and/ or unscheduled meetings with the designated staff. Assist staff with needed task. Assist in keeping the filing cabinets, front desk, and conference tidy and organized. Traditional Administrative support: Faxing, filing, copying, sending correspondence letters. Must have prior of 1+ year experience in client services, and /or receptionist in related industry. Must have a strong organization and attention to details. Must have ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Possess skills in software programs including Microsoft Word Office, Abacus Law System, and related programs. Must be able to work independently and have a desire to assume significant responsibility.
