Description
Humana is looking for someone to join their intelligent robotics process automation center of excellence. Join a team to increase business value by discovering, defining, and potentially delivering, opportunities for automation. You will be working with process owners and subject matter experts on process discovery, along with learning and utilizing emerging process discovery tools. You will also look for opportunities to deliver low-code solutions.
The Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional may also plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives using frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of needs, processes, or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Lead business process reviews to identify process automation opportunities
Collaborate across IT and Business to develop requirements to automate processes
Utilize process or task mining tools, as appropriate, to inform process discovery
Create cost/benefit analysis to estimate the ROI for an automation
Develop low-code solutions as appropriate
Engage in process improvement initiatives as needed
Develop clear process diagrams and documentation at varying levels of detail for different audiences
Effectively communicate insights, plans, and outcomes to cross-functional team members and management
Thinking strategically to communicate the big picture with the ability to detail complex processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
Experience writing requirements
Demonstrated experience with process diagramming and documentation
Exceptional communication (oral and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data analysis and creating CBAs
Experience developing low-code robotic or cognitive process automation
Experience with SAFe methodology and Agile tools
Experience with process discovery and task mining system capabilities
Six Sigma certification
Experience leading process improvement engagements using a variety of tools and methods to problem solve and find opportunities for process automation (i.e. value stream analysis, waste identification, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
MBA or other Advanced Degree
PMP certification
