Senior Counsel – EPC
The candidate will draft and negotiate engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements, operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements, power purchase agreements (PPAs), supply agreements and subcontracts for PV solar and energy storage projects developed and/or built by Firm. Will advise EPC business on relevant legal, regulatory, and commercial risk. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement improvements to contracting processes and tools, including a suite of regularly updated template documents. Advise on construction-related disputes and develop and manage process to continuously improve the dispute management function. Manage and supervise outside counsel and non-attorney legal team members as necessary.
