Legal Assistant / Paralegal

The candidate responsibilities will include: General administrative duties including answering phones, greeting clients in the office reception area and scheduling appointments; Assisting with general case management, ie: legal correspondence, including settlement memorandums, etc.; Obtain police and medical documentation, i.e. medical records and bills; Scan and save documents; Data entry and Other duties as assigned. Should be fully Spanish bilingual- read, write and speak in a professional manner with confidence. Must have exceptional organizational skills and a fine attention to detail. Tech-savy and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products is required. Previous experience in the legal field and with “Needles” database software is a plus. Previous experience in Personal Injury law and/or customer service is desired.
