Senior Associate Attorney / Lawyer - Family Law

The candidate will prepare and draft legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence. Will draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders. Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases. Interview witnesses for court cases and prepare witnesses to testify. Ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared. Appear in court on all cases assigned. Handle all aspects of cases assigned to them. Perform administrative duties as necessary including filing, mailing, organizes files and pleadings. Conduct legal research for particular issues. Should have a J.D. degree and Missouri license. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience.
