The Administrative Assistant will carry out
administrative related duties to provide support for the Sr. VP of Sales, the
VP of Marketing and SVP New Product Development to ensure efficient operations
within the department.
Provide administrative support for three
Departments: Sales, Marketing and New
Schedule travel for VP’s.
Schedule and prepare for meetings.
Complete expense reports for VP’s.
Maintain and manage Department budgets.
Provide various marketing tasks
Provide various project management tasks.

A High School Diploma or GED.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS
Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in a multi-faceted
administrative role including project management responsibilities.
Demonstrated competency in online research and
use of smart phones, laptops and printers.
Able to work independently, take ownership of
timelines and managerial stance as needed.
Must be eligible to work in the United States
for any employer.
An Associate’s Degree in Business
Experience with SAP.
