Human Resources Coordinator
The candidate will manage job postings through various job posting boards and firm websites. Coordinate and manage background checks. Coordinate conflict checks when necessary. Select applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer them to hiring personnel.. Conduct phone screenings and reference checks. Coordinate interviews with hiring personnel and candidates. Prepare and send formal offers of employment. Coordinate onboarding logistics. Prepare and distribute declination letters. Maintain attorney agreements: prepare drafts with received changes and distribute executed agreements. Maintain outside recruiter agreements and facilitated relationships. Track employee referral bonus program. Prepare weekly reports and/or when otherwise requested and distribute them to necessary recipients. Create and maintain personnel files. Maintains I-9 Employment eligibility verification records. Performs other duties as assigned. 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred. Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Should have the ability to maintain confidential information; excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office. Experience with ADP is preferred.
